I had a disappointing experience at Mandy’s. I placed an order for two salads—one to go and one for here—while my friend placed a separate dine-in order. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. After sitting in the dining area for 30 minutes, we asked whether we should pick up our order or if it would be brought to us. The staff member told us she would bring it, but then turned around and told the kitchen she forgot about it.

Eventually, my friend received her salad—but it was missing the shrimp. We went back inside to ask for it, and the same staff member simply giggled and handed the shrimp to us.

As someone who works in the food industry, I understand that things can get busy. However, we were the only customers dining in at that point; the rest were Uber Eats pickups. The long wait, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior were genuinely disappointing—especially at a place that usually has such a good reputation.

Been coming here for years never had a problem until recently …awful service & the portions are half the size ! Not to mention I placed an order online and I had to wait 30 minutes more

30$ for a takeout salad for them to forget the dressing…

I want to give a special shout out to Gwen and the team at this location. Gwen did an exceptional job helping me out with my issues with Uber Eats, and helping me navigate the online menu on Mandy's website, first thing on a Monday morning. Clients were very happy with their salads, smoothies and desserts.

I give 5 stars because I am surprised especially at the beautiful girl at the reception whose Uber order I took this evening, a professional and respectful way of communication.

My wife and I are regulars at least 3 to 4 times a week. I always order the Caesar salad on my wife, always orders the wolfe salad. Possibly the nights that we order on have different staff preparing the food, but the Caesar has been a little dry and the wolf has been missing chicken. Spoke to a manager, said she would call me back and never did. Have not ordered from there since and we are spending about $200 week +.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Gave my Uber order to the wrong driver, and did not cancel. I had to wait 1.5 hours and 4 driver switches to finally get ahold of Uber Support to look into it, and then they cancelled. Tried calling Mandy's 3 times, no answer despite saying less busy than usual. If they gave an Uber driver the wrong order, they should have remade it no questions asked. Instead, i'm sat here pregnant and starving and having to find somewhere else to eat. If there is an issue with an order, CALL THE CUSTOMER. I have had restaurants do this before. Just horrible. Never again will I order from such an unresponsive place.

The quality of mandy’s decreased so much overtime. 46$ for two tiny soggy salads that left us with stomach pain… so upset to have lost my money there

The portions are so small at this location. Usually i always have leftovers of my protein power bowl but not here, they dont pack it like they do at the other locations, disappointing.

Prices went up, quality went down. Even the quantity is not what it used to be.

Quinoa clumped together ans extra dry .. the Wolfe bowl was extremely lacking today....and again really dry for some reason...questioning if quinoa was made fresh today :(
