Found a long hair at the bottom of my coffee. I feel sick to my stomach. F/u spoke to the manager and came to an understanding, I felt reassured that he would improve practices.

Terrible terrible terrible I waited 15minutes to pick up a delivery and nobody came to help and when someone finally did they gave me the wrong order. Awful

As must be typical for this highway and suburb-accessible location, very busy. d
Despite this, I have only praise to report. Drive-thru stuff were attentive to ensuring that our order was properly fulfilled. Kudos and see you again soon.

They serve normal black tea and that's great, however one of the machines wasn't printing and had to go to the cashier.

Oi, I know working with the public isn't always pleasant... but some of y'all need to start treating people with a little basic courtesy! you don't know what people have going on in their lives, don't assume things and judge irrationally, if someone is being polite to you, there is no need to act like a robotic sociopath because you don't like there face or whatever.

Maintenance Michael Myers stood at the cubicle door while my son was using the toilet. His shoes 👞 were under the door 🚪 😳.

Terrible window service. Everytime I go through the drive-through they don’t get anything right, if I ask for extra sauce they put none, I’ve had missing items multiple times, if you are going to eat here go inside and make sure everything is what you asked for before leaving.
