The food is great (most of the time) we ordered from uber eats and it took them an HOUR to prepare and uber eats had to cancelled my order i get it the you are busy but we are still CUSTOMERS dont freaking make us wait for an hour and not even get a call from you guys. This restaurant is so slow!!

My boyfriend ordered in ubereats for a delivery and we have waited an hour to deliver our food. We asked the delivery driver if food is ready but it hasnt even prepaped yet and we have been waiting for an hour. Very slow restaurant service. Delivery guys ended up cancelling the order cuz they have been waiting for too long.

Terrible experience literally every night. I’m a very big regular at McDonald’s, I probably go every 2nd or 3rd day. For context, I’ve been a Wendy’s GM for over 3 years so I know what I’m talking about. Out of the maybe 10 uber orders I’ve placed with you guys in the past few months, over half have been just completely wrong Ubers. And when you call either nobody answers or they tell you to go through uber for refund (which doesn’t work most of the time now because I have to refund too often and they won’t issue any more to me). And it’s not even like I’m just being a Karen and complaining either, like I ordered 2 quarter pounders, with just ketchup. Both come all dressed. Then the order previous to this one was just someone else’s order. Then I ordered a McDouble and it came as a junior burger 1 patty with just cheese on it. Like if you’re understaffed I understand, but this just can’t happen EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. like it’s literally like I’m lighting my money on fire with this restaurant cuz I won’t get the right food, nor a refund. They just hand me anything in a bag. Ordered 2 quarter pounders tonight, and ordered Big Mac sauce on the side, and no sauce on the burgers. They don’t send the Big Mac sauce now I just have some dry burgers. This needs to be fixed

Update. Went to order on two separate occasions. On both occasions they messed up the order. (Nov 27-28 2021) take 1 bagel, toast it. Add butter and 1 slice of cheese. Yet it seems so hard.

This branch is closest to our house we often go to this one. unfortunately, mistakes often happen. Just now we ordered eight items and one of them is missing. We were in a rush, so didn’t get to check the bag. We usually do since it’s happened way too often, but of course the tome we don’t- there was an item missing. Tried calling the branch, but of course no one picks up. Please do better.
