Simply the best baklava i have eaten. They were fresh, so buttery and not too sweet. The place to go in the west island

The desserts are amazing , high quality but the staff are not helpful they refuse to get me a plate of mixed Arabian desserts because they provide each kind alone . So a gift of a plate with bad basbosa and baklavas couldn’t be done just baklava alone !!! Also I asked yo have the plate with 25$ only and they refused saying it isn’t allowed for less than 35$ .

The owner tried to convinced that knafe made from semolina est vrai knafe and cost 35$ per kg. And even more, if you buy 1,6 kg of knafe you have to buy your kake qui 2$ each. I do not recommend to anyone. There are many places in Montreal when you can buy a real knafe and not pretended one.

My fav spot for baklava! Nothing comes close to this!

Yeah you probably have one of the best pastries in Montreal, but recently we were left extremely disappointed with the customer service. On two separate occasions, we placed an order over the phone only to arrive and find out that they had run out of pastries. The owner's response was simply "sorry" without any attempt to make it right or ensure that we would be satisfied next time. Additionally, it felt like the owner prioritized customers he knew personally, even if they arrived after us. Despite the delicious sweets, the poor customer service left a bad impression and I am not sure if I will return. You better avoid this shop during Ramadan or Eid, since also many other customers don't give a damn about who came first, unless you know the owner.I recently visited the sweet shop and the experience was very bad. Une perle dans le West Island! Leurs pâtisseries sont délicieuses! Bien sûr, leur Halawet el Jibn est délicieux comme de nombreux commentaires le mentionnent. J’ai adoré leur ma’amoul aux dattes (super onctueux) ainsi que leur balorieh! Le staff travaille très fort. Je serais de retour!

Best baklava in all of canada! Halawet al jubn is just the best thing I've ever had! Kunafa sandwich in the morning hits the spot for a sweet tooth and filling! And many more. People complain about never anything available but all they have to do is call and place an order. Keep in mind its a small business if you call during ramadan or any other religious festival at that matter, you will have more difficulties finding what you want because they get super busy and they are a limited staff! Staff is very friendly.

Greatest dessert ever

Food taste good but the customer sevice is very bad. It is rare that you pass by to get something and get it. You always have to wait for a long time or come back later when ready.
