First and last visit. Horribly loud music in the background makes it impossible to place your order. Terrible customer service by one of the younger staff is another reason I will never go back here. Rolled her eyes with an attitude while pretended to turn down the music and barely explained how the pastry counter pricing worked when kindly asked. Had to ask item by item pricing because she didnt want to answer me at all...most likely couldn't hear me over the loud music anyways. Not so fresh average pastry is not worth the horrible customer service, dont waste your time or money.

The pastry here is so good. Definitely my go to dessert place. Only thing I wish is that they label what their desserts are.

My friend recently ordered a cake form there but due to a family emergency she couldn’t pick it up and instead of understanding the situation the manager was very rude and didn’t even consider our request even though we paid the for the cake instead of just the deposit…very unprofessional on the managers part….

The service is extremely bad. I recommend not to order anything from there.Even employee who took my order was not very polite , highly arrogant.I order the cake a day before when i knew something fortunate is going to happen but unfortunately something extreme bad happened that has shaken the whole family.Before the shops open at 9am right away i call to cancel the order but the manager was so rude and aggressive inside of understanding the situation, he was arguing giving false narratives. When i ask to send me the pictures at least that cake is ready , he was like what do you mean you need pictures, i will not do that, i don’t have time for all this.All the cakes are premade they just put up the tags as requested by customers. Then how he is willing to claiming that it’s been made specifically for you. Are you kidding me. Specific and special cakes are those who you customized on request of customers. Bullshit people. No manners to talk. Zero sense to deal with customers. Well known bakery shop my foot .

Manager is too rude with customer . He doesn’t know how to speak with customer. Who makes him a manager. Doesn’t mean if the guy is manager so they have the power to rude with anyone. When customer asking for 30 sec and you don’t want to listen the customer, it’s so shame full.

We bought a galaktompouriko (Greek custard desert) for our daughter’s nameday (a traditional Greek celebration). We asked if it was fresh and the girl behind the counter called on Maria, perhaps the owner or the manager, who quickly came and said it was freshly made that morning on May 21, 2025. As we are Greek, we know the importance of freshness when it comes to these types of deserts. We were having guests over and we were completely embarrassed to have served this stale, days old garbage. We served just two pieces and put the pie away and returned it the next day. My husband brought into the store and put on their counter, called on Maria and told her that this was NOT FRESH! He didn’t ask for a refund, and they didn’t offer one, not even an apology. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE as they cannot be trusted. Shame on them. There’s $25 wasted. Oh and they are overpriced too!

I arrived there at 6:47 the door was closed, while the workers inside were boldly waving, indicating that they had closed.
There were still 13 minutes left until closing time.
I had come specifically from a distant place to reach them.
This is a lack of respect for customers.

What great detail they put into our daughter’s birthday cake !!! Will recommend 100% to other for events. Friendly staff!!! Thankyou for making her birthday special!
