Last Friday I ordered three poke 2 out of 3 were salmon that I went to pick up myself to take out .When I arrived home I was really upset about the size of the salmon pieces . They were so tiny that we cannot taste the salmon both salmon bowls tasted lettuce and rice . I called right away the restaurant and the man on the phone took my name and number and told me the manager will call me tomorrow which means Saturday. On Saturday I called the restaurant since I did not get a call and it was the manager on the phone and he gave me his personal cell number and asked me to send pictures of the salmon . I did that and I mentioned to him that I paid 73 $ to eat salmon not salad and rice and the salmon pieces are so tiny and we are not birds. Since last week after receiving my pictures he ignored me totally and never called me back or even offered to replace my orders . I will never return . The food and customer support is horrible. Also it is overpriced.

I’ve been eating at this location for the past year and a half. I have noticed that they have changed the rice that they use recently to a very poor quality ones. It already happened to me twice in the last few weeks with the black soil thing in it. I hope they consider changing it, if it happens to me one more time I will never eat there again!!! See the back soil thing in the picture below!!!

The best Poke monster in town. Consistently they have always made our poke bowl with generous portions and with the right ratios. I've been there during the day and late at night and all of the employees have been very kind and courteous. We will definitely continue to come back even though we live closer to another branch.
