Delicious bubble tea. Hygenic and well served

Customer service needs improvement. The drinks were very good, but the wait time was ridiculous: waited 20 minutes just to order even though it was not too busy. In-store customers should be prioritized over uber/doordash orders. They should also have more staff working: only two workers there and they were incredibly slow (one was just walking around restocking cups instead of helping the other one make drinks or take customers' orders). Customers were getting annoyed, felt like a waste of time. Overall, they need to improve their work ethic.

I go here often, usually weekdays and everything is all good, but for some reason, it's not the same during weekends.

Received today an avocado mochi frappe with lots of pieces of avocado pits blended all together. Had to remove pieces of the pit from my mouth every other sip.

The two last times I came during a weekend, they forgot the popping perles, while still being charged.

It's not like they're doing the drinks fast or efficiently.... The weekend staff is mostly just not attentive during the making of them, and also, not as welcoming as the weekday staff. Barely got an eye contact when I received my drink today.

Unfortunate, but I couldn't finish my frappe today which was a steep 15 $ for one drink. I had to throw it out.

the lady who served me was very nice but the bubble tea that I got was the worst that I ever had
I orders the panda tea latte , first of all why it’s served in carton it was like I have a big coke from Mc , there was no ice , not sweet enough and arriving at home I transfered ot in a glass and infortunatly found out nor brown sugar sirop I pured the liquid out because was not drinkable and just enjoyed the tapiocas
I was hesitent to write this review but I think if I was the owner I would like to know how my client feel so hope you will see it as a positif gesture

Good drinks, cute cups, cute merch and cute place! There's only 2 or 3 small tables there, usually taken and it is a bit pricy too.

I usually love presto tea and their holiday special drinks, but this location has been a disappointment. Once I ordered and paid for 2nd topping and they forgot to add it in my drink. I went again today and ordered 2 milk tea and it was the most watered down with least topping bubble tea drinks I’ve ever had….

Staff is not very cheery today. Very cold service.

The wait time is quite long, i waited 30 min everytime i went. Stopped going because of wait time, mind you i was the only one in the store everytime i went. Drinks are ok, employees are nice.
