I recently visited Rockaberry's in Dollard, and I have to say, it’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends after catching a movie. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the pies are absolutely delicious—each bite was a treat! The drinks were well-crafted and complemented the desserts perfectly. We shared the carrot cake, and the mochamitsu!
What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. Don’t bother coming here if you want teenage waitresses to be in the bar area chatting around, looking over and not acknowledging the line up of people waiting to be seated. We waited roughly 20 minutes to be acknowledged, no one came over. Hire better employees, and do better.

Today I went to Rakaberi DDO and ordered two cakes.The teenage girls working there asked which cakes we wanted, and we ordered two pieces: one Bananalicious and one Triple Chocolate. She took them to the back of the store to box them up. We paid and left.
When I got home, I noticed that they were not in good shape and smashed. The Bananalicious piece was especially bad—the banana was old and had a foul smell. I ended up throwing it away because it seemed like part of it might have fallen before being placed in my box.
I’m just wondering—don’t they make an effort to serve customers a proper piece of cake?

Went there for their pies. Unfortunately, most of them were already non available. So we got the blueberry and lime and the mokatisu.
The first one was light, fluffy and not too sweet. It was pleasant to eat. The second one (mokatisu) was not what I expected from a chocolate tiramisu. It was a bit salty and heavy because of the cream cheese.
I say their pies are very Americanized. However, I would possibly come back to try other ones, especially the fruits one like the apple crumble.

I went here yesterday evening and I got a slice of the strawberry shortcake and a slice of Mochamisu. I was disappointed to find out that the slice of the strawberry shortcake was significantly smaller than the Mochamisu. For the price of one slice, I think everyone should get an equal quantity.

We were a group a 9 people my daughter absolutely wanted a ball of ice cream we were refused service and told we could not order for one little girls ball of ice cream they chose to lose 8 pie orders and 8 coffee orders definitely not going back

When for dessert on August 13, 2024 to the D.D.O. location, we arrived at 9:10pm. It took them ten minutes to seat us, took them another 20 minutes to bring us a dessert menu, took them another 10 minutes to take our order and it took them 20 minutes to bring 2 pieces of cake and one coffee. I wanted to leave after the initial 10 minutes, there was no one in the restaurant, if there were 15 people that max. It seems every time I go there the service gets worse, one thing for sure, the last time August 13th was the last !!!!
