This place exceeds my expectations in a way I wouldn’t have expected, the warm environment, the lovely staff that welcomes you not to mention the cleanliness of the place. Clean bathrooms that are available for customers to use, and the deliciousness of pastries. Honestly, all that can said is I’ll be coming way more often and is now my go to place for studying and to relax. 👀

I live about 25-30 mins away and I always make the trip to visit this cafe. It is one of my favorites; the owners and staff are incredibly kind. The atmosphere is perfect for studying or catching up with friends, and the drinks are consistently good. I also love the seasonal decor, makes it extra cozy! I would highly recommend.

Very good atmosphere, I recommend it to everyone!

I went in with my child in her car seat and ordered two drinks. Without even asking for help the employee opened the doors for me after handing me the take out tray. That’s amazing service right there!

Nice place to sit down and have coffee and their variety is nice to have for picky people. I always see young adults enjoying themselves here while studying.

Although second cup as a coffee chain is excellent and has great Canadian coffee, I will not be returning to this location. The staff was exceptionally rude to my sister, mother and elderly grandmother when they visited the location. I will be using other locations in the future.

I absolutely love this Second cup! The employees are all very nice and super friendly! Every time I go it is always clean. The coffees and pastries always taste good and fresh.

The quality! The service! The PRICE soo cheap for amazing croissant! He made me a macchiato ( macchiano ) I thought I was in occupied Ethiopia when Italians tasted coffee from the original source for the first time.. perfection .. beat place I recommend this specific SecondCup
