Ok atmosphere. The service is slowwww, despite so many employees working at once. There can be 2 customers waiting for their order. Swear you’ll wait 20mins for a simple drink…
If you plan on working there, it’s ok. It’s a little loud but with the added noise of the employees (the are so loud), you don’t even have to hear yourself think.

Messed up a extremely simple order.

Until today, I have never been to a Starbucks where I have received bad service. In fact I have been shocked about how Starbucks has always had the friendliest most efficient staff and wondered how they did it. Unfortunately, this Starbucks is a complete nightmare. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the young man at the cash was polite and friendly. It took me forever to order and forever to get my order which was simply egg bites and a coffee. I was there for 30 minutes total. After getting my coffee, it took almost 15 more minutes for my food to come by the time I got to my car my coffee was completely cold. I feel like when you see that there are 12 people waiting for their orders. You should put a little pep in your step and hurry up. Everything seemed disorganized and illogical. One of the girls looked miserable, and when she called out peoples names, she did it in such a low voice that we all had to go and check all of the cups all the time to see if it was ours. One man had to get his drink remade because he did not hear his name being called and his drink became cold. I'm pretty sure that everybody who was waiting for food ended up with a cold drink actually. Go to the one up the street instead and save yourself the headache and an expensive cold coffee.

Amazing experience. Madeleine was an amazing barista. She made my drink to perfection, the sweet cream cold foam was amazing and the perfect sweetness. Shoutout! give her a raise. And beautiful handwriting.

Tuesday around 11 a.m., my wife—who is pregnant—had a very specific and admittedly complicated custom order. The staff didn’t hesitate at all and went above and beyond to accommodate her. The drink turned out amazing.

Special shoutout to the two young women working at the time—they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Truly outstanding service. Thank you!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks:
1. Order placed at 11:10 a.m. – told it would take 15–20 minutes (proof attached).
2. No travel coffee boxes available – we were not informed; a staff member went to get one. Better communication could have saved time.
3. After 20 minutes, a staff member rudely said we should have called earlier for 12 cups. When we mentioned we weren’t told about the boxes, he said, “I will refund the coffee!” We waited anyway.
4. After nearly 40 minutes, another staff member raised her voice, refused to check the order time, and walked away. There were no apologies, just rude remarks about being busy and short-staffed.

Extremely poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Not what I expect from Starbucks.

This place is very cold it’s been two weeks I’ve been getting coffees and it’s freezing. The cashier that serve me had blue hands. Lol not going there anymore. A shame cause the place was very nice service and food.

i ordered an iced latte on uber eats and got a hot coffee. uber eats wont refund me. i paid 12$ for a grande drink. maybe read the label next correct next time.

I never thought I’d have to leave a review for Starbucks because I’ve always had an obsession with it. But it has gotten out of hand. They closed so many Starbucks in the West Island and put most of the staff at the saint Jean location. It took 30 minutes for me to receive my drink. They are 7 people and two of those people were making drinks. If they want to keep this business going they have to figure something out because this is how you lose customers.
