Probably the worst Starbucks… service is SOOOOOOOOO slow. Employees just talk together while we all wait.

Utterly useless, I am lactose intolerant and I asked the guy 2x at the drive-thru if my coffee is lactose free. He said yes of course. I barely made it home and the cramps and suffering doesn't worth it. 😪
$7.18 spent on a laxatif. I won't return here.

Can't get cream in my coffee. Ask for cream I get directions to a side table with half and half.
The specialty of the place is coffee, you have no cream. That's just stupid 🤪🤪🤪🤪

Food was great! I got an amazing refresher and it was a short line…I would recommend the refreshers! 🤩🤩☕️☕️☕️

Honestly the best customer service experience I ever received. Major thank you to our barista Madeleine. We couldn’t make up our minds and so she offered to make us drinks based on our interests (how sweet we want it, what we usually order, etc…) Definitely the best drink I’ve gotten from Starbucks :)

lately the baristas here never get my drink right. my order is always a chai latte made with no water, only milk, but every single time, I get a watery drink. I would be surprised if they put any milk at all. and when I get a coffee it tastes burnt. i’m always disappointed.

The location used to be okay in the past but lately the interior has been really unsanitary. The washroom doesn't seem to be cleaned often especially the toilet seat. This is why I now give only one star because also it can be tricky to use the app when their wi-fi is down. It makes having the app pointless especially when trying to redeem the birthday drink which is now only one day. Make sure your phone is charged and you have mobile data before going or you will lose your reward. They don't have a workaround around it sadly.

staff is very friendly and accommodating

Always a great experience at this Starbucks. They provide fast and friendly service and have never gotten my order wrong. The inside is nice as well - I just wish they would turn their fireplace on.

The experience at Starbucks St-Jean was amazing. The cafe was calm and the baristas were very kind. Thank you to Sheila who recommended the new iced pecan crunch latte. It was delicious!
