i ordered an iced latte on uber eats and got a hot coffee. uber eats wont refund me. i paid 12$ for a grande drink. maybe read the label next correct next time.

I never thought I’d have to leave a review for Starbucks because I’ve always had an obsession with it. But it has gotten out of hand. They closed so many Starbucks in the West Island and put most of the staff at the saint Jean location. It took 30 minutes for me to receive my drink. They are 7 people and two of those people were making drinks. If they want to keep this business going they have to figure something out because this is how you lose customers.
Anthony is the best barista ever :) his customer service and bright smile made the greatest experience. This is the best Starbucks in the area no doubt!

I drink the same coffee everyday but rarely get the right one. They need more training how to mix and better service.

I love going to the West Island for my Starbucks. The guy who made my drinks I don’t know his name but he was so nice and friendly the drinks were absolutely delicious.

Utterly useless, I am lactose intolerant and I asked the guy 2x at the drive-thru if my coffee is lactose free. He said yes of course. I barely made it home and the cramps and suffering doesn't worth it. 😪
$7.18 spent on a laxatif. I won't return here.
Can't get cream in my coffee. Ask for cream I get directions to a side table with half and half.
The specialty of the place is coffee, you have no cream. That's just stupid 🤪🤪🤪🤪
