The service was amazing! Starbucks has this thing where they give you free drinks for your birthday, as long as you have an account with them and have made a purchase before. There is a worker -I don’t want to get them in trouble so I won’t mention their name- who gave me a free drink for my birthday. I didn’t know that you were supposed to have an account with Starbucks to have that reward, but they still gave me the free drink and told me that now I would know that next year I need to have an account. They gave me my VENTI drink and told me to have a nice day. Not only that, but it took them less than a minute to make my drink, which is very impressive considering it’s a Starbucks. Now enough about the experience, let me now talk about the product and location. I’ve been to many Starbucks, some of them more dirty than the others, but this location was super clean. No dirty counters, no messy tables, and no garbage everywhere. The one thing I would mention though is that my drink was half ice. There was a decent amount of my drink in the cup, but there was a lot of ice, and when I let the ice melt when I finished my drink the cup was filled halfway with water (but to be fair I didn’t pay for the drink). Overall I would give this location 5/5 stars.

They cancelled my order around 3 times in a row. I can understand that some items might be missing, but they could have at least offered a replacement or closed their branch for orders without waiting for one to come through. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Never ordering here again.

I asked if the caramel machiato is sweet. The barista at the drive true said yes. It wasnt sweet at all and it tasted like a watered down coffee and no flavor of caramel nor vanilla, so disapointed. I wasted my money
Starbucks needs to bring back their smoothies (no syrup, I want real fruit).
