I can't believe if I were in Canada as I never receive a lovely welcome in any retail store in my life , at Starbucks was on my way to work I stopped for my morning coffee and the entire team was like waiting for me to enter the door and they cheer me up loud with their manager Helen 🥳🙃 😅 🙂

I went to this Starbucks location yesterday to claim my free birthday drink and the girls and the managers were so amazing!!! She even gave me a birthday pop! Such great team and makes me more than willing to return to this location!!

Messed up my order after I confirmed twice. Had to drive back. They threw my drink in the sink, no apologies, remade it, messed it up again. Nothing for wasting my time and making me drive back except attitude and another messed up $10 drink.

We had an excellent experience with the new manager that is located on De sources. She is cheerful respectful and always accommodating. Before she came on board the service was horrible and the coffee was never the same consistency. I’m very happy that this Starbucks has found a good Manager and I think her name is Helen. It’s a pleasure to go get your coffee and know that you will enjoy it.
