Very bad customer service, they hang up phone while I was talking regarding some Uber order issue instead of solving. Very rude people . I ordered food with Uber and my order get cancelled by mistake after one second of placing order, and they took money. I m sure they didn't even start to prepare my order.I tried to make reorder they ask me to pay again and says to order for next dayI called them 5 times they didn't pickup phone .I also ask help to Uber they said to talk to restaurant.next day when I call they hang up on me while talking .

A small, pick up/take out shop in Marche de L'ouest. Friendly interaction the first time we went by.We had a family gathering so we ordered a large platter. You know when you bring food to a potluck you want to make sure it's something everyone will enjoy? It was a hit! It was the first to be devoured! It was so well-received we should've ordered the extra extra large platter! Next time! If you make a minimum purchase, you can put in an online promo code for a freebie.We came again for another tray but the person working wasn't exactly pleasant which is unfortunate. We want to support a local small business but being abrupt when asked a question is not the way to get repeat customers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I have no idea if this is the same owner who has been in this location for the past however many years BUT this past year has been extremely disappointing. This is my 4th and last order for 2022......not only did I ask and pay for extra shrimp in the Tartares that I ordered, there must have been a miscommunication because there seemed to be less and less shrimp as the months went on, to the point that I think they forgot they are a sushi restaurant and filled the rolls with 90% oily, greasy tempura, no onion, no roe, no taste and no fish.And after finally confronting them right after I threw it all out in the Marche de l'Ouest garbage, I received a blank face and rude replies. I was very polite but obviously frustrated for giving them too many chances.Nausea on top of nausea has been the result of my ONLY TEMPURA ROLLS.Thanks for nothing except an upset stomach, rudeness and an overall bad experience, once again.This is my fault for going back after the first bad meal.

My wife comes to me and says… “I know the dinner is ready but you have to try this!!!! And once you try you cannot stop…. I titled “The best Sushi in West Island”. Because it is … creamy, extremely fresh, with combination of flavours really unique…. Owners are kind, friendly, again you will not be able to stop once you try. You just want to try more …. Great!!

Extremely unsanitary. The person who took my order was wearing a pair of clear plastic gloves and taking another order on a cell phone. When she finished, she took my order and took my money and gave me change and was about to start on my order with the same pair of gloves. I asked her to please change her gloves especially in view of the fact that she had just handled money. She went to the sink and wiped her gloves with a wet cloth that had been sitting in the sink. As she was about to start again to make my Sushi with the same pair of unchanged gloves, I again asked her to change them since she had just handled money. The owner came out from the back of the shop and was very irate telling me that he can't have people coming into the shop and watching everything they do and insisting they change their gloves. I was astounded since I had been coming to that shop on a periodic basis for many years. He refused to hear what I had to say, telling me he would have her change her gloves this one time when preparing my order but that I should never come back to their store to which I replied that he needn't worry because I would never want to. The incident made me seriously question their sanitary practices (or lack thereof ) during food prep. I found the owner to be rude and unreasonable since I felt that what I was asking for was in fact fair qnd reasonable and for my own health and safety. Handling money and then working with food is very unsanitary and unhealthy as most people know.It would have been better if she had discarded her used gloves and washed her hands thoroughly with soap and water if she did not want to put on fresh gloves. So much for the customer always being right!
