Took my order on the internet. Took my payment. Got email to pick-up take out order 6:35pm. Got there on time. It's closed!!! Called 3 times. No one picks up. On Google maps, says it's open till 8:30pm. Now it's 6:47pm as I write. Sign on door says, OPEN. Door locked. No lights!!!

Horrible service, 30pieces were missing, ignores u for 3hours on the phone until I went to the store. Manager Dan was not taking care if anything and ugnoring the issue. Other employee were disrespectfull and were highering voices on client. I cannot believe Sushi sama could hire employee like that. Please dont eat there you will be scammed and not reimbursed

You should call before you go because they clearly don't respect people's time by following their own hours posted.

Missing part of my order and the restaurant did absolutely nothing to help. So one person in my family had no sushi because his order didn’t arrive. Last time I’ll be ordering from a place with such awful customer service.

Food is fresh and good. Service was quick probably because we arrived at 11:30am
We came in, the man who greeted us shared they had a lunch special. The menu priced 16pieces at 13$ but I was charged 15.50$ on the bill and was told the prices had changed. I then asked where the rebate was on the bill and he told me it was done automatically in the computer. Same thing for my tuna poke bowl. I left him over 5$ in tip before realizing and now I feel robbed.

The place is small, but nice and I've never had any employees that were anything other than professional and kind. However, please do fix your opening hours because I walked 30min to get to you and arrived around 11:30 and you were still closed.

Recommended dishes: P8 Poulet Katsu Katsu Chicken

Great for takeout. Order sushi by the piece or get a lunch special of 12 or 20 pieces where the chef picks the order. Much cheaper than ordering by the piece.
