I tried many sushi places around Montreal and Sushi Shop had always been consistently good. My only stop for takeout sushi. Always fresh always good. And if you need something fast they usually have pre-made platters ready to go. Last time I was served by Sydney she was very nice and helpful!

I've been to a restaurant several times and been refused service. Indeed, the last time, I arrived 50 minutes before the store closed and the lady at the cash register informed me with an arrogant attitude that the store no longer had rice to make sushi. She was waiting at the register on her phone with two orders for delivery. How is it possible to run out of rice in a sushi restaurant almost an hour before closing!

Never ordering from here again. I asked for a small dab of wasabi and some ginger to accompany my (expensive) poke bowl and was told flat out NO - "we have been too generous with this and are now cracking down". Well ..... I will not be buying ever again from Sushi Shop so you can keep your 10 cents worth of wasabi instead... plenty of other sushi places for me to order from. Aug 09, 2024 4:30 pm

I ordered the shrimp poke bowl on uber for 18$. They put 1 or 2 diced up shrimps inside and fill it with rice and lettuce. Taste wise is just OK but the quantity for the price is greatly unfair.

I ordered a poke bowl with 2 minutes left on Uber eats and they accepted my order. I had such a long day and I’m so thankful that they accepted my order. They gave a decent amount of salmon and the poke bowl was really good. They could’ve not accepted it and closed up early but even when I went it to pick it up they had a smile on their face when they greeted me. Thank you so much !! Love this place

Good morning,This isn’t the first time I’ve eaten at a sushi shop… but unfortunately this one was very disappointing.Indeed ; $50 for 22 sushi + 3 tempura without sauce….In summary, you eat 2kg of rice and you don't even smell the other ingredients.Good luck.
