I placed an Uber Eats order from Sushi Shop (Sources Blvd) that initially showed a 15–20 minute wait. Immediately after submitting, the wait time jumped to over an hour. I cancelled the order right away, but Uber claimed the restaurant had started preparing it. I called the restaurant, and they confirmed that while the order was accepted in the system, nothing had been prepared yet. This has happened multiple times with this location, the app shows shorter wait times than reality, which can lead to issues when cancelling. This caused an unnecessary charge

I have been to plenty of Sushi Shops on the island and this one is by far the best one. Between the amazing staff and the speediness of service. I have zero complaints!!!!!

Was at this location tonight. The food was great as most Sushi Shop restaurants are. I have to say that the team that was working tonight were exceptional. Unmatched in any other Sushi Shop restaurant. Although they were busy, time was taken to explain the items, and always with a smile. We also got table service, which to he honest, I didn't expect (because I haven't had at any other location). Thank you to tonight's staff for this and outstanding evening.

Order regularly and food is always good. That said, hours of operations are misleading. On two occasions arrived at 7:15-7:20pm to order a single poke bowl and was turned away and told I could only purchase what was left in the fridge display. Both times there was only a 2-3 prepacked rolls available, 3 employees working and they were clearly still making orders for what I assume were online orders. Store hours go until 8pm. Fully realize there’s a cleanup required at the end of the day, but if you’ll stop taking walk-in nearly an hour before closing, you should really adjust the shop hours.

went to try the poke bowls. ordered the sunrise. what i had was tasty & fresh but 75% lettuce which is more of s salad than s pike bowl. barely any rice or sweet potato. a definite meh.

Ordered a item from the menu, then after waiting for 10 minutes was told the item I ordered not available. Was told I had to exchange it for a item of the same price, no refund option. Was also not given the option to pay extra for a different item.

After I got my new item, I asked for extra soy sauce and was told that would be a extra charge since it was not included with my sushi roll. A very little amount of wasabi was also given.

Poor customer service. Will not be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Being pregnant, I really appreciated how accommodating they were to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and made sure to leave out any raw fish. It truly made my day – 10/10!

I ordered poke bowls which they canceled because they are out of supplies. Very disapointed. The wait times are also horribly long even if you do manage to not get your order canceled. Congrats sushi shop you just lost another customer!

Hands down the best sushi shop! Sushi is always delicious and with such nice presentation (even for take out). The employees here are extremely friendly every time, very consistent!

It's okay.
Too much cucumber in the sushi rolls. The balance was off.
Sweet soy sauce is a no-go.
Fish was fresh.

A big order today and, arrived at home, no wasabi. I asked before leaving if they put enough wasabi , they told me yes. Very disappointed. Sushi without wasabi - not good ☹️.
