First thing is that I have been to this restaurant 7-8 times now and it was always good.

Tonight, there was a mistake with my order. ( they forgot to give me a complete roll; 5 sushis) and charged me for it.
Also, another complete roll was not fresh. It tasted too much the taste of bad fish. My wife and I took 1 piece each and has the same reaction at the same time.

For all the other rolls, quality was not the same as all the other times.

When I called, they decided to reimburse me only 2 rolls.

The bill was 80$... and our supper was not good. We ate because we were SUPER hungry.

Normally, when customers are given bad food, take their own time to go back to the restaurant to get reimburse because they can't put it back on the card, and also tell the owner is that really the best you can do?

The answer should of been, I am so sorry, tonight the food is on us, we made a huge mistake, so sorry for the quality, please come back and see us again.

I gave the owner 2 chances to reimburse me more, and she decided not too. I told her, I was done with her restaurant.

Super sad because normally everything is very good.

I just hope that me a d my wife are not sick because of bad sushis...

I had to share...

Take care of your clients, and this commentary would never have been on here.

Some of the best sushi in Montreal. Always friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Great service, great sushi and great people. One of my favorite spots especially in the West Island.

We went there based on the recommendations here. One of us had sushi and was pleased. Four of us had soba, Udon and teriyaki. We found the three noodle dishes sweet! They put sugar in the broth(!!!) in the seitan and in the omelette. So not-Japanese. It was a huge disappointment. The bill was 100 dollars plus.

Delicious food, a big variety of options and good portions. The owners are also very kind and friendly people. I love this place !

Nice decor, service is friendly. Menu was very big. Sushi is affordable and fish tasted pretty fresh. The rice was a bit on the wet side and made the seaweed wrinkled and chewy. Pieces advertised with jalapeño was, what we believe was, green peppers. Soy sauce is diluted to watery sugar. I love me some sweet soy sauce but this was overly watered down, we could barely tell it was soy sauce. Thankfully they put a bottle of spicy mayo on the table. Although fish looked and tasted relatively fresh, a fried roll we had only had a tiny sliver of tuna. Dinner was edible and well presented but their tactics to cut corners were not missed. Good for a casual dinner out but would likely not be returning. There are better places to dine in west island for sushi. Sadly, the great reviews did not match what we experienced with their food.

Honestly haven't had such good sushi in awhile! Everything tasted fresh and was the perfect temperature. The price is also super reasonable. The owners are super nice and sweet. We will definitely be back.

Our absolute favourite sushi spot! While they have a huge menu, EVERYTHING they serve is 10/10! And the couple who owns the restaurant are so kind!
