I'm not sure if these reviews are all for the same location because I've been ordering/eating at the Sources location for almost 10 years and never been disappointed. I just ordered the golden crispy noodle with chicken and it was delicious! Still hot in the bag, lots of chicken and as they do from time to time they included a free imperial roll. Some might say it's not much but I appreciate it.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. The staff were extremely rude and not accommodating at all. I asked multiple questions before ordering, and they didn’t even want to answer them. I specific8ally asked if the first dish I ordered was a soup, and the man assured me it was. I also asked if it was the same coconut soup they had last year, and again he insisted it was. But when I received the food, it was nothing like what I expected. When I asked him about it, he suddenly said he didn’t know what they had last year.

When I calmly tried to explain that this wasn’t what I ordered or wanted, he raised his voice at me. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up ordering something else (the General Tao), and even that was disappointing — it was soggy and poorly made.

Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, and I just want to say how much I appreciate Tia. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every customer .But !!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday, I was honestly shocked to see another employee speak to her in a very rude and aggressive way in front of everyone in the line. You could tell she was upset (anyone would be ) but instead of reacting, she stayed calm, respectful, and kept doing her job .That kind of professionalism isn’t easy, and it truly shows what a wonderful person and employee she is. People like her are the reason customers keep coming back.

Thaï Express on Boulevard des Sources is my go-to spot for fresh, flavorful Thai food. The dishes are always prepared with care, portions are generous, and the flavors are authentic and satisfying. I ordered the Lobster Pad Thai through Uber Eats. The portion of lobster was way too small for the amount of money I paid for. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I felt ripped off. I also wanted to order peanuts and Sriracha sauce but the notes section of Uber Eats was unavailable. Please activate it in the future.

The worst tom yum soup I've ever had ..they put noodles inside the broth and by the time it came here there were no more broth left..I've never seeing so much noodles in side a soup..I guess noodles are cheap so they fill it up with them

I went there today, never got a nod or a hi from the cashier. I looked at the prices and left. I don't understand why everything is so high if the service is that bad. If you don't want to do your job which is greeting a customer, you're not getting my hard earned money.
