Very disappointing service from the evening shift employee.
The employee was wearing AirPods and talking on the phone while working, which is extremely unprofessional. She was rude, rushed, and had a very hectic attitude. She did not know French, and the way she took the order was disrespectful. When I asked her something else at the drive-thru window, she showed a lot of attitude instead of helping. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time. This location seriously needs better training and supervision.

This is my second review but still they don’t have someone better to hire for this place !

If I could report the girl working here, I would. First, when I was giving my order, no greeting or anything, just “Ok.” I have to ask myself: can I come to the window? later I found she was wearing AirPods, and talking with someone while taking orders. Right after I came to the window, she made a face like she was the one paying for our drinks. My drink was fine, but my wife's drink wasn’t made as order.. we already made a few stops, so we didn’t come again to report the order. But due to this behaviour, I realised why people are going against Tims now. To the owner, if you really want your store to be on a good list, please take action on that. For reference: I ordered on 30th Jan, 2026 at 3:55PM.

I will visited early morning at 5am and sometimes when I enter the drive true it is closed. And when I do buy something the guy at the windows does not speak French properly and when I tell him my order he does not understand it at all. And the coffee is very cold when take a sip it tastes like water and the donut tastes disgusting. This the waste employee in this place. I am a regular here and this is very disappointing. No one will ever come back if this situation continues.

The girl who works in the evening(weekday) does not know professionalism. There was an Uber order and she said she cannot fulfill the order so I canceled the delivery from my end. Then she reported me on ubereats saying I stole the order. Is that how it works?
Management should look into that girl seriously.
Deactivate your Uber account if your employees don't know how to deal with it and respect

Staff doesn’t speak French and can barely speak any English. Third time this year I get my order incomplete or wrong. Bad assortment of products and barely cooked food. Terrible.

I always ho there fast and friendly staff and always give fresh coffee with smile i usually go between 5-6 am and the always serve me with smile

We ordered in person here and they barely had anything! I guess I didn’t learn from their horrible customer service, and We ordered off uber eats and went to pick it up, but they say that they don’t do uber eats?? How does that make sense? They’re telling me to cancel the order but I’ll have to pay for the order without receiving anything! What a scam! Don’t order uber eats from here!
