I’m not even sure how to word this but the bagels are always burnt , hard as rock , the two lady’s who do drive thru are very nice but they have one guy who’s pretty ignorant on almost a daily basis , not sure if management needs to change or what but I’m definitely not gonna come here anymore

The owner or manager or whatever he is, is extremely rude. Even accuse me of stealing. When you order, he rushes you to come to the window. The food is terrible. Ask for a bagel with cheese, it wasn't even toasted. I highly discourage anyone from going there. Even if your about to die.

Review edit. Please note that I am writing about Tim's at Du Jockey and Decarie and not the one on St. Jean Blvd where I buy gas.. I received a typical "copy paste" generic reply from Tim's that I see everyone gets asking us to contact them on their website address that doesn't direct you to anything. What a disappointment that a once great franchise is turning terrible. Over 2 years I sent same complaints and always typical "Sorry" reply and nothing else. I'm sure I'll get the same generic reply again now that I edited my comments. here is original complaint from earlier...I did call and speak to a rep, but she didn't leave me confident the messages will get passed on.
Tim Hortons at Du Jockey and Decarie is a disgrace. Seats are all ripped. Place is not cleaned up fast enough. Tables left too long without being cleaned. Cashier's are hit and miss. Some OK some just completely unpleasant. Many times you have to ask for napkins and they give you some scrunched up from under counter. (Lady serving me said boss tells them to keep them hidden so less taken ??). Only reason I continue is location is most convenient.

Generally not so bad. But there is one employee (the owners of this establishment will know who I'm talking about) who is simply dreadful. It's to the point where I want to reverse when I hear his voice, and go somewhere else. There's always problems with the order, he's rude, untidy (food all over his ripped shirt).

This is by far the worst location! The order is always wrong and the food always tastes so old! The biscuits from the breakfast sandwich he’s are sooo hard, it’s like eating cereal. This location is the closest to my house and I drive out of my way to avoid it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. My husband and I ordered an extra large double double and an Iced Capp. The coffee was only lukewarm and tasted stale like it was the coffee from yesterday. It left an awful aftertaste in our mouths and we couldn’t finish it. The iced Capp was pure liquid and didn’t have any ice or slush in it. We will never go to this Tim Hortons again and hope this location gets closed or refranchised because this place puts the name Tim Hortons to shame.

This was a horrible experience I ordered a White hot chocolate on Uber eats and I received a normal hot chocolate and I am allergic to regular cocoa powder so I just waisted my money. I WANT A REFUND!THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!??

This location deserves zero stars.
I stop going to this locations over a year ago since they never had any food (from sandwiches to simple muffins) at different times of the day. Even early mornings, they got NOTHING!

My husband stop there today after warning him of this location. And we drove away without anything. ?
Don't waste you time, go anywhere else.
Not sure if it's poor management or the workers simply don't want to work.
