Staff doesn’t speak French and can barely speak any English. Third time this year I get my order incomplete or wrong. Bad assortment of products and barely cooked food. Terrible.

We ordered in person here and they barely had anything! I guess I didn’t learn from their horrible customer service, and We ordered off uber eats and went to pick it up, but they say that they don’t do uber eats?? How does that make sense? They’re telling me to cancel the order but I’ll have to pay for the order without receiving anything! What a scam! Don’t order uber eats from here!

My wife went in the drive through and asked for a chai latte from the fall menu. It's usually made with syrup. The girl gave her warm milk with chaig bags. My wife explained it was the wrong order. She's been enjoying the fall menu and it's not supposed to be with chai tea bags. The girl replied to her in Hindi and, before my wife could say anything, she slammed the drive through window. So my wife went to the Tim Hortons down the street and asked for a chai latte. Finally, she got what she was expecting with the syrup. I'm including a picture as proof. The cup with the tea bag is the wrong order. Unacceptable hospitality.
