It is too cold to sit inside. The coffee is good with the oat milk but the restaurant area is extremely cold. It is also run down and dirty, unfortunately.
Vegetarian options: I was able to get oat milk for my coffee. Oddly, they only have butter for the bagels with no plant based margarine option. I just used peanut butter. There aren't many vegan options here though.

I ordered a sausage egg sandwich and two hot beverages, they gave me the sandwich with egg missing and the drinks only half filled. If you pass by for a meal, make sure to check the order. 🙄

This Tim Hortons location has proven to be the absolute worst I’ve encountered on the island, and I say this with complete certainty after multiple horrible experiences.
I have an egg allergy, and yet, despite me clearly informing the drive-thru employee and repeating myself multiple times, I was given a wrap containing egg. I specifically told them it was an allergy, but when I checked my food at home, I found egg inside. Had I not checked, this could have resulted in a severe allergic reaction, all because my request was ignored.
Today, I ordered a Club à la Tim and made it clear that I could not have mayo due to my allergy. I repeated this at the window to ensure my order was correct. But, of course, I get home only to find the sandwich stuffed with mayo.
I returned to the store, explained the situation calmly, and requested a replacement. The cashier responded by asking her coworker to deal with a 'drive thru complaint' and chuckled. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of my allergy, and no basic customer service.
At this point, I am done with this location. I’d rather drive next door to the McDonald’s than deal with being dismissed when I try to make a simple, allergy request. This is not just bad service—it’s dangerous and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back, and would recommend that anyone who has a food allergy to double check their order every time.

Super clean and the employees and just wholesome and kind and professional! Lovely place
The food was fine. But, it took almost 15 minutes for me to get my bowl of soup. The one person ahead of me waited just as long for his order. On top of running out of chicken soup, bacon, crushed ice etc. as I was eating they closed the doors at 6:30p.m. turning away a few disappointed customers. I don't blame the workers, they were doing their best but the head office should really look into the management of this place.
