Tim Hortons

I visited this Tim Hortons last week around 3 AM and had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a coffee, but the staff member at the window spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. Her attitude showed no sense of customer service, and because of how disrespectful she was, I didn’t even take my order—I just drove away.

I’ve decided I won’t be going back to this location again.

I visit Montréal often and this is my favorite Tim’s to stop at! Very friendly and quick to receive my order!

I used to go out of my way to ignore this Tim's because the service and the food was so bad. I now make a point to come to this Tim's because the service is good and the food is good the turnaround has been incredible. it's been like a year or two at least and it is one of the tim's I will go out of my way to come to.. well doneg

Might be the best Tims on the island. Everything was fresh, beautiful interior, quick service. Donuts looked really good. Rare to find a Tims that cares about aesthetics.

I visit this Tim Hortons and the service is exceptional. Both morning and night I receive flawless service , especially from Shifali . Very nice lady who always brings a smile and good energy at work. I love coming to this Tim Hortons!

This is my comfort spot, need to do work or meet up with friends? Meet at Timmies, Shifali even remembers my coffee order at this point, everyone here is nice so the place is relaxing

Hey i went there today in evening like 7 o clock there was a indian girl shifali she was very rude to me i asked her for orange pecko latte and the gave me something elsee i dont know why they dont understand they have to be understandble with customers thnx soo much

No more ..sister company of burger king which supports Israel, I just have to visit Tim Hortons because it was a Canadian Company and before it got acquired by Burger King who support Israel. I prefer to visit other cafe/s but they are less in the market.

A side of that , in Tim Hortons Sunnybrook you have a gentleman called Gesipy I guess. This employee is incredible, he is always smiling, so patient and soooo professional, he made me feel like a family relivant.. big greeting for him and please pass my regards to him.
