This location is the worst customer service. They’re a very slow and always get the orders wrong, and the worst part is that they don’t even care. They should talk less and work more.

I really dont like this tim hortons and their service. Yesterday morning i went there to buy some food . I told them to spread ketchup in my food but they give me on the side. Then i ask them to give me 5 birthday timbits and 5 new fraise timbits even i showed them but they gave me wrong i went again to them and asked to change again they gave me wrong timbits. What is this???

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service from the staff, including the manager, Mirna. It was evident that customer interaction was not a priority. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and the overall attitude felt indifferent. Even at the drive-thru, staff seemed more focused on their own tasks than acknowledging customers.

A simple smile or acknowledgment can make a huge difference in the customer experience, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. I hope the management addresses this and takes steps to train the team on the importance of respectful and attentive service.

Today I ordered a White toast with butter and strawberry jam and look they burned the bread and didn’t even spread the strawberry jam and the attitude of the worker I did not like it no smile or nothing her attitude was like pay up and leave no good service or food the workers are lazy

I had the most wonderful experience at Tim Hortons recently, and I can't praise the staff and management enough. The entire team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and welcoming.
A special shoutout goes to the manager, Mirna. Her attention to detail and her genuine care for customers were evident in every interaction.
The staff was quick to take and prepare my order with a smile, and everything was fresh and delicious, as always. The positive atmosphere in the store reflected a team that truly values their customers.
Thank you, Mirna, and the amazing team at Tim Hortons, for setting such a high standard for customer service. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Great service provided by the team at tim hortons specially Mrs Mirna the manager always happy to grab my coffee there I recommend everyone to go there very polite and the coffee is always fresh

Ignorant ignorant workers
Requested for wedges and they didn’t have which is okay, but the attitude & tone in manpreets voice was disgusting. I come here daily & get an ice coffee with extra cream & she is telling me that there was enough cream when every day it’s a complete different colour. She begins arguing with me telling to advance without my refresher & food.

Dont go to tims 6$ for a muffin and medium coffee, and they always mess up the order . The manager of this place always parks in the handicap parking spot….. he has no respect for nobody. I say go to Mcdonalds or some other location .

Service slow and in a good day they still get your order rong. Coffee is terrible. I go there almost every day but I will stop because pacience has limits

Terrible service women at counter that served me was rude and waited almost 10 mind for my meal. Also they forgot to make my sandwich until i told them. I am not impressed.

I came here at 11 pm for take vanilla ice coffee but the girl who take the order from drive thru is so rudely behave with me and she just put cups in very nonsense behaviour worst experience ever in Tim hortons
