They sell expired boston chocolat and empty jam donut ( no jam in them ) kept a boston on the side if my sick, see you in court.

Ps: this was done on purpose, manager involvement is likely.
I know yall have different standards in india, but serving cold and expired food is not okay in Canada

I’ve just visited this Tim Hortons right now. The worst customer service ever.

Three women workers that were working right now we’re not very understanding of the order

I asked them the lunch combo, which was $9,99 Which included a doughnut, a wrap and an iced coffee. I told them that I’ve activated the offer and scan it but they didn’t understand what I was trying to say, and they redeemed my points even after I told them not to. I gave them my phone for them to see the offer, but not to redeem my points, but they’ve done that and they told me that I was on fault when it was actually them who couldn’t understand the order and the offer that was on my phone .

They wasted my time, and they redeemed my mom‘s points that she had saved up Without my permission, even after telling them four times that I do not want to redeem that I want them to scan the offer.

I don’t understand how could you work at a fast food without understanding how the app works?

It was a very terrible experience and I don’t think I would trust this Tim Hortons anymore with my offers or points or the amount they actually tell me to pay.

I’m sorry to say, but I will probably not come back to this Tim Hortons and I will go to the manager hopefully tomorrow and talk to them or if I could talk to anyone about this service, please let me know

I really dont like this tim hortons and their service. Yesterday morning i went there to buy some food . I told them to spread ketchup in my food but they give me on the side. Then i ask them to give me 5 birthday timbits and 5 new fraise timbits even i showed them but they gave me wrong i went again to them and asked to change again they gave me wrong timbits. What is this???

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service from the staff, including the manager, Mirna. It was evident that customer interaction was not a priority. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and the overall attitude felt indifferent. Even at the drive-thru, staff seemed more focused on their own tasks than acknowledging customers.

A simple smile or acknowledgment can make a huge difference in the customer experience, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. I hope the management addresses this and takes steps to train the team on the importance of respectful and attentive service.

Today I ordered a White toast with butter and strawberry jam and look they burned the bread and didn’t even spread the strawberry jam and the attitude of the worker I did not like it no smile or nothing her attitude was like pay up and leave no good service or food the workers are lazy

I had the most wonderful experience at Tim Hortons recently, and I can't praise the staff and management enough. The entire team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and welcoming.
A special shoutout goes to the manager, Mirna. Her attention to detail and her genuine care for customers were evident in every interaction.
The staff was quick to take and prepare my order with a smile, and everything was fresh and delicious, as always. The positive atmosphere in the store reflected a team that truly values their customers.
Thank you, Mirna, and the amazing team at Tim Hortons, for setting such a high standard for customer service. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Ignorant ignorant workers
Requested for wedges and they didn’t have which is okay, but the attitude & tone in manpreets voice was disgusting. I come here daily & get an ice coffee with extra cream & she is telling me that there was enough cream when every day it’s a complete different colour. She begins arguing with me telling to advance without my refresher & food.
