Hello THIS IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS ON DES SOURCES JUST BEFORE WENDYS. SPECIFICALLY LOCATED YOU ON THE GOOGLE MAPS.Worst behavior by the staff specifically FEMALES here. They refuse to listen to the order and behave rudely. They deceive by giving wrong item. Asked for a new item on the menu-Tiramisu Cold Brew with Espresso Infused Foam. She simply gave a normal cold coffee I complained about them to customer care for refund. But no response. Pathetic degraded Tim Horton. Ohhh wow! Newly renovated and it looks great but it’s cold inside. The draft of cool/cold air detracts from the beautiful ambiance. I hope the management will check this out asap since we are cusping on downright frosty days ahead.

Realistically rush hour workers suck however after 5 the staff becomes alot more efficient,had a worker, Angie really help me out especially since rush hour worker forgot to give my blueberry muffin , guess it's better to go after work to get timmies then in the morning ,

The best staff , I have never seen at any Tim Horton. Especially the person at drive thru window he is so polite and very respectful. Also, the manager is very polite . The service at drive thru is very fast and very accurate. Overall, the service is very excellent . I really like this store and I always go there 2-3 times in a day to eat and drink .
