I often come by here in the evening after 6PM, and I have to say all the staff I have met over the speaker at the drive-thru are always such a pleasure to see at the window. They are always friendly and it doesn't hurt that the Timbits or muffins that I get are *ALWAYS* fresh despite the hour. I don't know why the reviews for here aren't higher, they certainly *should* be... Thanks so much everyone, I hope you know who you are 😊😁👍

So far one of the best Tim Hortons I visited. Breakfast are always fresh even when late in the day (usually other places serve some dried out ingredients). Very clean interior and overall fresh look. So far staff was great.

Not once I come in and the employees behind the counter see us and ignore us. When you dare walk to them after they made you wait for 3 minutes as if you don't exist, you can even say a word that you're interrupted by the person that ignored you telling you she will be with you soon. Big 0 with your clients that come in, only care for drive thru. Its ok if its your business model, then close the inside completely. STOP ignoring your clients. Thank you.

Visited on a busy Sunday morning — very disappointing experience. The location was clearly understaffed, and most employees seemed unfamiliar with the language and the menu. The line was long and slow-moving, and it took nearly 25 minutes just to receive my order. Poor service overall

They are the worst. I went there to pickup an order this morning around 10:30 and they themselves gave me the order that it’s ready but when i reached the customer they complained that they are missing more than half of their order. I came Back to the store again as i received another order from them. I believe the girl was the manager or supervisor i told her that the previous customer was complaining and blaming me for not have his whole order. And instead of hearing me out or doing something to fix it she started yelling at me along with a turban guy. They both didn’t have their name plates on their shirts so people can’t know their name while they are bullying others. On top of that they called the COPS and told them that i was the one yelling and i was at their property for no reason while i was actually their to pickup another order for atleast 15 mins which i then had to cancel. They could have just said that they are not giving me the order and i should leave but they chose to create a scene.I really hope the owner reads this review and actually check the facts. Reach out to that customer who was actually missing his orders and check the cameras to see who was bullying who. These two people are just ruining the business for the company first by not making the orders right and then by bullying the person who comes to complain against them. I have never had this kind of experience ever. All delivery drivers should boycott them.
Every time I go here is a pleasant experience. Unlike other locations, the staff is very friendly and food comes out quick. Once I a worker told me to wait because they had a new batch of timbits about to come out. She glazed them right away and gave it to us. I can say it was probs the best timbits I ever had. Definitely my go to location!

First time i got really fresh coffee and fresh food . Also, great service by morning team no need to wait for long time . Speed of service is really great and staff is really cooperative.
