One of the only Tim Hortons in Montreal that constantly have honey in their inventory and do not charge me extra when I take 3 honey in my coffee. Also, I have never been sent to wait at the back door when I had big orders at the drive-through
This Tim Hortons has improved so much and the service here is excellent for me each and every time, this is largely due to the newly apointed Supervisors who are absolutely superb, Gurjot and Gurveer, two young ladies that care so much about the location serving their customers as well as they do even training the newer staff members, who are also extremely courteous and professional, very well. Well done Ms Gurjot for running a super tight ship and always going out of your way...
Went in there last night cause my son wanted some Timbits and while at the cash wanted a Chocolat Glacé donut as well. There was only 1 left and before we got a chance someone at the drive-thru already purchased it. My son was disappointed but the young lady who was working the cash said they can make a new batch if we didn't mind waiting 5 minutes. I was taken back by her gesture and my son was ecstatic. He got his donut and Timbits. I wish I got her name, that gesture...
