December 31st. ordered at 5 pm and after 3 hours and several calls and texts with 3 different door dash drivers, they finally canceled our order when it's too late to order anywhere else. Then the kicker!!!!! NO REFUND. ONLY A 76$ credit on our next order. we will NEVER EVER order here again. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING service, not to mention theft of funds. We will see how they react when I show up on the door for my refund!!!!! avoid this place at all costs!!!!!
Ordered tonight through Uber eats for my wife and kids. After waiting over 2 hours and 3 Uber delivery drivers waited for the order, which was never ready, I called restaurant and they left me on hold for 10 minutes, never came back, tried calling back repeatedly and line was busy so guess no call waiting or they just leave phone off. I had no choice but to cancel through Uber eats. Wasted 2 and half hours and my kids were very hungry and upset. This restaurant could care less.
Food, as always, was great, fresh and HOT! Service was very quick. Well worth the money, for what you get
