The wait to access it is often more than 1 hour. It is always full. I used to fly from Toronto and we almost never had this problem. What is the point of flying business if you cannot access the lounge?
Terrible experience at a terrible lounge. Very disappointed. Not worth going to...
We enjoyed the lounge before our flight.
Was very crowded but we found a place to sit they didn’t have as many lounge seats as tables and chairs so not the most comfortable to relax before leaving. Service was good food was good bathrooms very clean. Nice place to go relax before taking off.
