Despite me not being able to arrive and collect from this man, who ever he man be, he waited with patience and grace, until I discovered the mishap,and informed them, where they then understood and wished me well. Aman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag (which went on without him), so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. His kindness was such an amazing act of generosity and I can't commend him enough.“

P.S. Takeout orders mean zero tipping, stop giving us the option. This creates discomfort for customers and you because you think that people don't want to tip you. If we judge that tipping is necessary we will give you a few things but putting the option when I go to pick up my order is not correct and does not make you want it. We pay for our gas to get there and we use our personal cars.

If you are not satisfied with your salary, talk to your manager or director so that you can be paid accordingly.

On time delivery.
I was surprised to see a delivery charge. Others I’ve used don’t charge for delivery. Also, no utensils, napkins etc.

The driver was kind and professional.

One suggestion: include utensils and plates with order. I am not certain if it was indicated while ordering online. I asked the driver to maybe stock up disposable plates, utensils etc in his car in case customers ask.

“We order from here and the pizzas are consistently fresh and delivered on time. But the reason I am writing this review is because of the kindness of the workers. My daughter couldn't find her wallet. We happened to have an airtag in it and traced it to a highrise apartment building. I didn't have much hope. But we went to the Domino's next door to it to see if maybe it was there. One of the employees (I didn't catch her name) heard us asking and she said she lived in that building and she had seen a wallet in the lobby fitting our description! She asked her manager if she could leave work to help us. He agreed (thank you Mr. Manager!) The wallet was still in the lobby! Thank you so much kind people at Dominos!“
