“Very happy with their customer service.
They unfortunately mixed-up my last delivery order and sent me something else.
I called and the Manager and he immediately offer me a credit for the whole order on my next delivery.
Now I got it for free.
Very nice and the right thing to do. I'm impressed. Thank you.

“My experience is based on delivery as a regular. Throughout the week, it's rarely an issue, but occasionally they mess up the order quality/accuracy over the weekend eves, especially if there are promotions running. However, upon calling, the store manager has followed up, the day after at most, and did their best to make up. Great customer service, for which I'm giving 5/5.“

“It’s one of the good place to grab something to eat in the Angrignon mall’s food court, of course if you like chicken. This outlet has friendly staff. Service is fast. Food is good. You will always see people queue for order which proves its popularity. Also this place has free parking.“

“Nice chew and texture on the boba / tapioca bubbles. The ice was melted unfortunately in my drink and the drink was luke warm…
To the owner; please mix the drink and ice in a SHAKER first, and then pour it into a cup with ice.
The same with the slush, it was mostly melted instead of a slush.“

“I go here all the time after work and the chicken is amazing!!!! It's super crispy which I love, even when I take it home with me it stays crispy the whole time. The fries are breaded and beyonddd good. Ive tried the mozerrella burger a few times, I usually get the chicken but the cheese pull PULLS. Definitely recommend. Some reviews say chicken is undercooked but I go here like 2-3 times a week and Ive never had that problem so I dont know.“

“2025.12.03: I am so grateful to Shanjida and her team. They make ordering lunch for a very large group super easy. And of course, there are always options for any restrictions. It's very reassuring to have reliable and consistently great service these days. HUGE thanks!
*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“
