Apparently they don’t take coupons for some reason. Used it at other locations with no problem.
Friend and I were debating if our popcorn chicken was double or triple fried, because it certainly wasn't made fresh. Ordered $60 of food and asked for ketchup. Csr wanted to charge us $0.50/pack.
Worst service ever, too busy chatting with each other instead of serving customers had to wait 20 minutes before someone took my order and another 30 minutes for my order all I ordered was a box of chicken popcorn, asked why it took so long the guy started arguing, management needs to look into their work force, before you ask it wasn’t even busy.
