Must say that was the worst airport restaurant that that I have ever eaten at
The waitress was rough and rushed
The food… WHY…. Does it have to be so bad? Burger was dry, well done ( as I was informed was the only way to get it) does not mean dry and the salmon was tasteless and dry. Fries luke warm. Where is your quality control and pride?? as if the chefs have no knowledge of food prep whatsoever

The airport was very busy this morning and this place may have been slightly understaffed, but our server was excellent, friendly, and quick. Shoutout to Kaden for managing so many tables with so much grace and warmth. The pancakes were also shockingly delicious and the strawberries and blueberries on top were fresh and sweet. Thank you!
The food was good and our server, Karen, was amazing, but unfortunately the overall experience was very slow. We waited 15–20 minutes just to be seated even though the restaurant was mostly empty, and both drinks and food took a long time. Paying took another 15–20 minutes, which left several customers frustrated. The Caesar salad was actually very good! They simply need more staff to improve the service and overall experience.

Huston at Montreal Airport is a solid win—especially by airport standards. Montreal stands out among North American airports for its food quality, and Huston is definitely one of the better options, particularly for US‑bound flights. The crispy chicken tacos were the highlight: fresh, crispy, with just the right kick of spice and a lot of flavor packed into every bite. The salad was ok. Overall, a reliable spot.
Another guest had an excellent meal with the specialty hamburger, in the top 10 best. The wife had green salad with chicken. Attentive service, sports bar atmosphere but not loud. The portion size of the salad was great, and the grilled shrimp tasted great with the dressing. The restaurant has a convenient setup so you can charge your phone while waiting to board, a nice touch.
The food was decent and there were options that were fine for everyone. The place was cute and western even for an airport. Service was good. Drinks were strong and they gave a good amount for the glass size. Bacon cheeseburger was fresh, hot, and filling. Service was fast, no complaints.
Ordered pasta and a coke. Concerned about food in time for the flight. They accommodated request to pay once food arrived. No refill was given. Otherwise, an average experience for airport dining.
