This was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with YUL airport parking.
While my vehicle was parked in a YUL parking facility, it was broken into and damaged. Instead of notifying us, parking staff had the vehicle towed to an off-site location and then failed to properly document or communicate where it had been taken.

1h d'attente dans l'avion, les douannes on passé vite mais rendu a presque 2h d'attente pour avoir ses valises...
Une heure d’attente dans l’avion après l’atterrissage et plus d’une heure et demi supplémentaire d’attente pour les bagages. bagages mêlés westjet et air transat sur le même caroussel. toilettes non accessibles avec une longue file d’attente et odeur de poisson non frais à l’air des carrousels. ce n’est pas propre.
