Redoing this post as when we returned from our trip had the most dangerous and rudest parking lot driver. We were picked up around 12:20 am November 19. The driver wouldn't answer our questions about parking lots but even worse was flying through the lots. There was even a child on board and we were all holding on for dear life as we were bounced around. This person should not be allowed to drive. I've attached the QR code for his shuttle. Chaotic Airport (but otherwise pleasant experience).My family and I have used this airport as a layover between flights from Ottawa (1st time in Apr 2018 to Las Vegas, 2nd time in Jan 2023 to Punta Cana). First time we had a much better experience despite being in a rush to make a connection with ONLY 45 min. Staff were super friendly and gave us a lift to our Gate destination.
