We had the pleasure of being served by Justin. We had such great service, he had all the right answers and attitude for our needs. He had us laughing, was so polite and endearing. He really made our night. This was service beyond compare. He is now our new bench mark for service anywhere we go. Long live Justin!! Oh and the food was pretty good too.
The food at this restaurant was great and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service from one of the waitresses left a very bad impression on my family and me. At the end of our meal, when she brought the bill, she seemed to expect a large tip. We are not from Montreal, my mom does not know about the tipping culture. She gave what she could for a tip, even being generous to acknowledge the waitress’s effort, but instead of accepting it graciously, the waitress responded by saying, “Normally it’s more than that” before walking off in a rude and disrespectful manner. This made us feel like her friendliness during service wasn’t genuine, but rather an act in anticipation of a tip.

The food was great! But this one waitress had a bit of an attitude. My mother gave a small tip since the food was already expensive and we want to spend the money we have on our outing this weekend. Instead of saying “thank you” the lady proceeds to look at the money, and says “normally it’s more than that” she makes an annoyed face and walks away and doesn’t return. It’s a good place to eat, I just wish the staff was more considerate, our family is from Europe we moved to Canada a few years ago and we aren’t t familiar with the tipping culture here and again we have so many other plans for this weekend. We wanted to at least show SOME appreciation. It’s sad that we had to receive this response.

I almost never leave a review but I have to this time. The service was unbelievably fast, I can’t believe it. 5 peoples food done in like 6 minutes. Insane. It was pretty good and a reasonable price too. SO QUICK!
