Ben & Florentine has an excellent team in place, providing a great dining experience. There has been a nice improvement since 2024, with the owner present and actively ensuring customer satisfaction. While some guests have noted a decrease in portion sizes despite rising costs, many have enjoyed their meals, praising the delicious food and generous portions. The service is often described as courteous and attentive, with some guests even mentioning a prompt response to service issues. Although there have been reports of fruit flies and tight seating, the restaurant maintains a pleasant atmosphere and offers good value for the price. Additionally, recent diners have appreciated the ability to serve large groups efficiently, with everyone receiving their meals hot and at the same time. The coffee is also highly praised, making Ben & Florentine one of the recommended dining spots in Drummondville.
