Excessively long delivery

Don't respect their promotion! No warning, the delivery man arrives with missing items, explaining that it is a display error on the promotion... Other restaurant chains would have resolved their promotion problem and would still have delivered the order as it was. ordered... The food is good, it's still a snack but don't forget to ask for the well-cooked fries...

Unfortunately, my experience during my last three visits to this establishment has been very disappointing. I noticed a blatant lack of follow-up and professionalism on the part of the staff. After ordering at the kiosks, it appears that no employee takes the initiative to ensure that ready orders are delivered to customers. During my visits, my order remained on the counter for around ten minutes without anyone taking care of it.

This reflects a serious organizational problem or a lack of attention to customers who use the order terminals. It's a shame, because this kind of situation tarnishes the overall experience and gives the impression that customers are not a priority.

Better supervision and staff awareness of this type of problem would be necessary to improve the service. I am hesitant to return in these conditions.

Before getting to know this restaurant I really wasn't a person who liked poutines but you really amazed me with Galvo poutine which has a particular taste due to the fries made with great professionalism. Not forgetting your extraordinary chicken wings!!

The cashiers are very attentive to customer questions. I went there earlier and three cashiers offered me the plate I asked for!! Wow! I loved my experience.

Very noisy and food just ok but a place where children have a lot of fun and it's not too expensive / photo = mini Italian poutine, small (more like a mini) pizza all dress $19.49
