Don't respect their promotion! No warning, the delivery man arrives with missing items, explaining that it is a display error on the promotion... Other restaurant chains would have resolved their promotion problem and would still have delivered the order as it was. ordered... The food is good, it's still a snack but don't forget to ask for the well-cooked fries...

Unfortunately, my experience during my last three visits to this establishment has been very disappointing. I noticed a blatant lack of follow-up and professionalism on the part of the staff. After ordering at the kiosks, it appears that no employee takes the initiative to ensure that ready orders are delivered to customers. During my visits, my order remained on the counter for around ten minutes without anyone taking care of it.

This reflects a serious organizational problem or a lack of attention to customers who use the order terminals. It's a shame, because this kind of situation tarnishes the overall experience and gives the impression that customers are not a priority.

Better supervision and staff awareness of this type of problem would be necessary to improve the service. I am hesitant to return in these conditions.

Before getting to know this restaurant I really wasn't a person who liked poutines but you really amazed me with Galvo poutine which has a particular taste due to the fries made with great professionalism. Not forgetting your extraordinary chicken wings!!

The cashiers are very attentive to customer questions. I went there earlier and three cashiers offered me the plate I asked for!! Wow! I loved my experience.

Very noisy and food just ok but a place where children have a lot of fun and it's not too expensive / photo = mini Italian poutine, small (more like a mini) pizza all dress $19.49

Food is overpriced, took a long time (wasn't busy), the chocolate milk was a chunky glob and smelled bad, don't waste your money.

Phew! Me ordering on a screen I find it ordinary plus there is a little girl behind the counter and she is not even able to say hello when the customers come in but on the other hand the Interac machine asks for a tip even though we have zero service a mr came to bring back 2 unused butters and the girl just looked at him no thanks and what's more she left the butters there lucky it's not one of my employees because she would learn courtesy!

When I eat at Chez Louis, I am always satisfied with the service and the meal given! The cashier and cook are very welcoming and warm! Their Thai poutine is excellent, the best in town!
Several food choices on the menu. Perfect to accommodate everyone.
When I order delivery, the delivery people are charming and attentive!

New order terminals, great!
On the other hand, my order, a chicken sandwich combo with Caesar salad, ... no sauce for the salad...😕 Let's say it's ordinary... Normally what I get is always very good. The prices are relatively expensive.
I no longer eat in restaurants because the service is often too long, but I really like poutine and pizza so I order online in order to continue to enjoy the excellent Thai poutine!!!
