“I was passing through the area. I stopped at this tim to order a cheese croissant (the waiter asked me if I wanted it heated) and a vanilla coffee.
In short... lack of staff everywhere so don't criticize too much.
The staff was courteous and smiling. I was well served, without problem.
Regarding cleanliness in general.. It looked good. On the other hand, the only downside is that I almost didn't enter. The entrance door was glazed, really disgusting, needed to be washed with plenty of water and soap.
Excuse my disgusting word, but really appropriate for this entry.“
“I always have excellent service at this Tim Horton and it is by far the best for me in Drummondville, as well as the one near St-Jean and St-Joseph. My orders are error free and the staff is excellent. There are others who should follow their example. Thank you so much“
“I came with my little brother, the lady who served us was super nice, she gave my brother a free donut, out of kindness! He said that the service was impeccable, he was having a bad time, the morning meal was delicious, the potatoes were delicious too, he couldn't believe his eyes at having had a free donut, and the peach juice was good. THANKS“
“I would like to give my opinion on the cleanliness of the place, especially everything called "GLASS". It's been months, if not years, that the windows, both interior and exterior, have been dirty and really disgusting. In addition, the electric hand dryer in the men's bathroom has not been working for 3 months and often there is no paper left to dry your hands.
On the staff side, everything is perfect, but on the cleanliness side, we will come back.“
“I stopped at this place for lunch and was served at the counter by a woman, Aya. She is the nicest Tim Hortons employee I have ever had. She was super nice, patient, funny and overall made my day. This place is lucky to have her as an employee!“
