Pierre-Paul Jodoin performed an illegal and dangerous maneuver in his large SUV and caused $7,000 in damage to my car. He never apologized and got off without a fine. At his age and given his abilities, he should no longer be allowed to drive, he is a public danger. What an unpleasant character.
On July 20, 2024, my daughter, her friends and I tasted Clos Ste-Croix wines. Excellent tasting, a very kind gentleman and delicious wines, all winners of the Gold or Silver Medal. I highly recommend this Clos in your tour.
Not a very warm welcome, no smile, I would even say that we disturbed the gentleman. Very unclear if you don't ask, he doesn't speak. “Fierpette”, does not denigrate the competition but just “on board”. I really don't recommend this place.
Definitely the worst place in the sector! Zero welcome! The man was not very friendly and he was watching us nastily through the window! Our goal was simply to buy products! It would have been nice to have a warmer welcome as a customer!
Excellent service and wine!!!
Terrible customer serviceNo permit to taste outside, no welcome from the owners. The lady ordered us to close the door for flies. This establishment is a real shame for the region's vineyards.Take 5 more minutes and go to Domaine Cotes d'Ardoise, do yourself a favor.
If you want to taste wine, I recommend going to another winery because this one doesn’t do tastings because “they don’t have a permit”! THE PLACE, if you want to feel like you're bothering people! They will look at you strangely when you come in and make sure to “close the door quickly or the flies will come in”! I highly recommend going to the nearby Côte d’ardoise vineyard instead of visiting this unwelcoming place!
Felt like we were bothering the owners.
The Clos Ste-Croix vineyard in Dunham is very well located and beautifully maintained. But why allow a visit if we don't allow visitors to taste the wine before buying it? We still bought 3 bottles because of the prices collected for their wines. The lady did not hesitate to denigrate the competitors who offer “board” wines as she calls them. In other words, wines that have a woody taste due to the oak barrels used. I prefer a board wine that tastes like oak than wines that taste almost nothing like the ones we bought. Let's say that all tastes are natural. At least those that sell oaked wines allow customers to taste them before purchasing them.
Disappointing visit to the Clos Ste-Croix vineyard in Dunham; the owner is not very welcoming, he refused to offer us a tasting (even though that's what we do on the Wine Route...); we still bought 3 bottles, but arriving home, the Chardonnay (at $28, GOLD medal, what a joke...) turned out to be very, very flat. Instead, go to the 3 bell towers vineyard, Côtes d’Ardoise, or L’orpailleur.

We were 3 people and visited this vineyard the week of August 8th. We booked and paid $17/person on their website the day before. You can arrive and pay on site and it seems quite easy to get a place. Short tour of the vineyards and interesting explanation. The wines weren't to our taste and it seemed like they didn't like to know that. We were a group of 12 people and finally at the end of the tour they counted 14 people… disrespectful to look at visitors questioning their payment
Poor service
We were hoping to sample the products available. However there is no tasting because they do not have a permit. This is a great opportunity for improvement.
Nice welcome in the heart of the village good wine accepts RVs for the night once again thank you
