The cocktail dinner was fabulous, the canapes with duck mousse, salmon tartare, bruchetta and sangria were simply delicious. The food for the 3 course meal was exceptionally delicious, from the soup, to the salad, pork tenderloin that melted in your mouth. The portions were generous, the local produce and the Orpailleur wine pairing was sublime....
