A bit disappointed with the no phone, no TV, no usb, no clock almost zero amenities high priced small room. But shampoo, conditioner & soap, refilled tap water bottles were included. Next time we'll be fully warned to look twice before buying accommodation. Cleanliness, food & service great!
On se questionne sur une propriétaire qui ne donne pas la formation adéquate à ses employés, qui ne retourne pas les appels d'un client et qui a une attitude très questionnable quant au service à la clientèle. Pour ces raisons, en dépit que l'endroit soit joli, je ne le recommande pas. Dommage...

Mistral Bistro is a higher-class outdoor terrace restaurant located in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, at the back of Domaine Jolivent. Open from June to September, it offers guests exterior dining with a unique experience. A standout dish is the Scallop Ceviche, which features raw scallops marinated in lime juice with onions, tomatoes, and peppers. The grilled fish of the day, served with vegetables and small potatoes, is another delicious choice. Guests can enjoy the French bottle of Fleur de Sel Blanc, a white wine, which pairs perfectly with the meals.
The service is pleasant and highly attentive, enhancing the positive experience. The atmosphere is fabulous, with a beautiful setting that is perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. The terrace has patio heaters and extra blankets, making it comfortable even on cooler evenings. However, it is worth noting that the seating time may be limited, and some guests have experienced delays in food service.
The parking lot is large, with at least 50 seats and more. While some guests mentioned that certain items, like the Caesar salad dressing, could be improved, the overall experience at Mistral Bistro remains highly enjoyable. With its enchanting setting, fantastic atmosphere, and great food, it is a worthy destination for a return visit. Many diners have praised the peaceful ambiance, friendly service, and the chance to relax while sipping wine, making it an ideal spot for special occasions.
