Mistral Bistro is a higher-class outdoor terrace restaurant located in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, at the back of Domaine Jolivent. Open from June to September, it offers guests exterior dining with a unique experience. The barn, where guests can dine, provides a cozy atmosphere, and the menu includes a variety of options such as seafood, fish, wild meats, beef, and local produce.
A standout dish is the Scallop Ceviche, which features raw scallops marinated in lime juice with onions, tomatoes, and peppers. The grilled fish of the day, served with vegetables and small potatoes, is another delicious choice.
