While exploring the beautiful city of GaspĂ©, we were lucky enough to find this wonderful restaurant. I kicked off the evening with the GaspĂ©sie cocktail, and it was love at first sip! Honestly, itâs the best cocktail Iâve ever had. The homemade syrup added a special touch that made it unforgettable.
