I stopped for a few hours in Gaspé during a stopover, just in time for lunch and I went to Brise Bise. The Nordic shrimp poutine (save blanche) was fantastic. Not the classic type of Poutine, but still reminiscent of the popular dish. I recommend this place for a meal with a nice "slightly chic pub" atmosphere. The paintings on display are very beautiful (local art).

The food, surroundings and decor are so colourful and fresh, it's hard not to enjoy both.
My wife and I as well as two others had a great lunch here. The service was friendly and the food delicious. I ended up having the trout as that was the catch of the day and it didn't disappoint. Delicious food and a great location.
