Great food, good service. I tried the pizza and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a small salad and fries, so much better than just a pizza. Busy place, not sure if they take reservations, but I would recommend it if you can.
I stopped for a few hours in Gaspé during a stopover, just in time for lunch and I went to Brise Bise. The Nordic shrimp poutine (save blanche) was fantastic. Not the classic type of Poutine, but still reminiscent of the popular dish.
I recommend this place for a meal with a nice "slightly chic pub" atmosphere. The paintings on display are very beautiful (local art).

Is truly a gem in Gaspé! We came for the lobster nachos, which were every bit as amazing as we’d heard—perfectly indulgent and packed with fresh lobster. But there’s so much more to love here. The staff goes above and beyond, combining friendly and attentive service with a warm welcome that makes you feel right at home.
