Small room and not very functional to accommodate 4 people. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The pillows provided are equally uncomfortable. We had taken the trouble to book well in advance, taking care to specify which rooms we wanted to have (communicating rooms and without carpets) and when we arrived we were given other rooms than those we wanted (rooms which do not communicate and with carpets)! The WiFi is of poor quality. You can hear everything that's happening outside and the steps to the 2nd floor are very slippery in winter. At $150 a night it's too expensive. There was also a bad smell in the room when we entered. Really disappointed.

No hand soap, no Kleenex and the floor blackened my feet. I asked for a small bar of soap and was told there was no more and I went to buy one at the dollorama as I was told at reception. The only thing I liked is that it is close to St-Hubert.
