We came in a bit late and they were super nice our absolute highlight of the night was our server Nancy maybe the best service we have ever had super nice bilingual for english me and my Queb chum great tips on the menu we absolutely loved her!! Nancy is the best!

St.Hubert is not in a location close to us in Ontario so looked foward to going out for supper there. Other locations are terrible, Montmagny is a great example of how terrible it could be. The Gaspe franchise had great decor, food and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to eat in Gaspe.

It is a restaurant that distinguishes between a black-skinned customer and a white one if you are African or Afro American or from Montreal or anywhere in the world I assure you that you are not in the right place to go, the difference in service between a black and a white will be made understood through gestures and certain words some waitresses will speak to you very badly and they will be so rude to you to end they will demand their tip if you do not do it she insults you with negligent and demeaning words be careful if you come for tourism in Gaspé do not go to this restaurant go elsewhere...

why because I work as a dishwasher I was treated like a slave work 7 days a week and not get 30 hours in 7 days but the other dishwasher worked Monday to Friday and got 40 hours a week and I old got $15 hour and that wasn't minimum wages was more ok I love working there but I know I can't Go back ok

They wouldn't serve us drinks at the bar
They say us down and after 30 minutes of no drinks, service, or anything, we left.

I had lunch at St-Hubert yesterday, very good menu and excellent service. I went back this morning, there were a few more people than yesterday. When it's time to get placed it takes 5-10 minutes no problem I'm patient. On the other hand, when it's my turn the waitress tries to place the people who are in line behind me (maybe her friends) When I tell her it's my turn she starts yelling at me that she's all alone etc, etc. We don't yell at customers. Do you know what if she's all alone, well close the shop and wait until there are more employees to open and manage the business properly. The shame of your popular channel, no respect, no rigor
Very disappointed with our experience on the evening of January 3, 2025. The service lacked courtesy! We asked for a plate and a spoon for our two year old daughter when we received our plate and we were told: well you will wait until I finish my other things first.... plus on my plate it There was green mold on my bread. I returned my bread... we had no utensils etc. In short, very disappointing!

I'm pretty sure we ordered half a chicken, but the waiter barely spoke English, so I ordered another dish, but we showed him our fingers on the menu and I couldn't understand why that happened. produced. Yesterday, October 25/24, there were 3 of us around 5:30 a.m. The person who received us came to take us to our table, left all the drinks, meals and dessert menus and left. Very long service, very long wait. When we received our dishes 2 skewers and a breast. For our skewers the rice, chicken and fries were cold fortunately it was still good and we were hungry and at least the sauce for the fries was hot. We really didn't like our experience. We had to go to the cash register ourselves in order to get out faster. Sorry but it's over for me. 🤷🤦
