Great views if you can get a window seat. Service staff seem a bit ambivalent towards our presence. Missing cutlery etc which would be no big deal, but the food is the price point was quite a delta. Now, I get it Gaspe is far from everything and it takes money to get product there. We to another restaurant and the prices were a bit high as well, but the food and service was stellar! Top notch. So, if you are going to charge this much for food and drink, you better ensure that...
We had breakfast and dinner here. The window views were unbelievable. The two eggs breakfast was fine, the coffee was good, the ordered over medium eggs were made over easy. The lobster dinner was delicious the lobster was fresh and in season, the potatoes were stale, the asparagus were burnt to black. The mushroom pizza was flavorful, the crust was blackened too. La Gaspesienne 13, dark, chocolatey, was interesting. The service was excellent.
Restaurant which looks great but is a big disappointment... We had brunch there and the food didn't have much taste... The restaurant room bears the marks of the many visits of tourists. Really a shame… I don’t recommend…
