Messed up my order at the drive thru then realized after that my meal was missing fries
This place is unfortunately not very accessible, despite being a new building. There is no way for a wheelchair to conveniently enter the restaurant and there are no infant changing stations in the washroom, which is surprising considering that all their specials are family-centric.
For typical fast food, there are better places to visit.

At the drive-thru they make you park for 10 minutes in front of the restaurant and often forget that they sent you to park, so you always eat it cold.

Such a crappy A&W! The restaurant itself was dirty, the service was atrocious; slow, no ice, and DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR A&W APP COUPONS!!!
Waited 20 minutes at the drive through and they forgot one of my two teen burgers. Called and no answer. McDonalds is probably a safer bet if you are hungry.

Love the service here, I've been coming to this a&w for over 4 years and the employees have always been friendly, helpful, and efficient to the point that some of the employees have even memorized my order! The food is cooked well and served hot. Great customer service overall.

They used to have the best coffee around. It was single source fair trade organic from somewhere in Latin America. I would never pass it up. Now they switched to this 'Pret a Manger' garbage that rendered the coffee on par with the rest of their over hyped and over priced trash. Now there is no reason to even look at an A&W when i drive by. Its just another corporate crap snack shack. Down in the dumps with Burger King and McDonald's. R.I.P. A&W. You're dead to me.
