!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!!!! Every time I go after 9 PM, I am denied my order. Sometimes they have no poutine gravy, sometimes their fryers are off and sometimes their grill is closed. I love A&W, and this is the only location near me. Even though they advertise that they close at 11, the staff starts their closing before 9 PM. I genuinely hope the owner looks into it as he is probably losing business due to his evening shift employees not wanting to serve customers. I am left hungry every single time after my shifts.
