Food quality is okaaaay but it's needlessly more expensive than every other location. Why pay $13 for a breakfast combo when I can the same combo anywhere else for $7?

Best A&W I've been too. Great service, great staff, always goes above and beyound. Open all the time, never too busy (but still gets lots of customers). I've eaten here enough times they recognize me. And I intend to keep going. Food is the best fast food on ch. Vanier. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is always warm even after dealing with the worst type of customer in Gatineau, they really have patience and respect and the manager is the best of all, give him a raise!

Terrible service, the 2 cashiers criticized me in Arabic without knowing that I understood. It is unacceptable. One of them spilled my child's coke and was still complaining in Arabic to her colleague when I asked for something to clean. They managed to make us feel uncomfortable as if the meal had been offered to us. I've never seen people make fun of customers in their native language so they don't understand ?

Missed my bus because I had to wait for the weekend workers to get my order done. The contrast between the quality of service verses the weekday service is highly noticable this is not the first time I am sick of it I had to put a review in.
