I often visit Allo mon coco restaurants when we travel (all over Quebec) first time I ask for mashed potatoes and they are half mashed (lots of pieces of potatoes) and burnt... my husband his omelette was cold. We had the bill brought to us, without having asked for it or finished eating. Had to ask a man who was waiting tables for a glass of water, because our server didn't bring one or offer one. Anyway... first and last time at this one
Wheelchair accessibility: As the entrance is directly in the Promenades (shopping center) access is easy

A great place to come and have brunch with a wide choice of sweet/savoury foods and hot/cold drinks. Prices are reasonable. Missed a little heating in the restaurant but it was OK.

Today I stopped for an early afternoon brunch at Allô mon Coco!
I arrived around 2:00 p.m. I hoped I hadn't arrived too late so as not to miss lunch hours, I had a nice surprise when I found out that they would make lunch plates until closing . So I enjoyed their special Gourmet Brunch! For a plate around $20, it's really a fair price, I wouldn't have had a problem sharing this plate with a friend!
The chef even added an extra egg! It's always fun when things like that happen.
The lady who assigned me my table and who took care of my order was super nice and bubbly, full of great energy!
The coffee was hot and fresh despite the fact that the restaurant was closing soon.
I was very impressed by the new team that welcomed me today, last time I was unfortunately a little disappointed.
Keep it up guys!
Well done Cocos!
A big 8/10 today!
THANKS.

I received my meal and my crepe was stone cold. The butter just sat there. My server brought it to the cook, and with me watching, he started touching and patting my crepe to ensure it was cold. My server brings it back to me and explains that he just put it back on the grill to heat it up.
So he’s touching my food everywhere then sends it back to be eaten?! And what’s more… the butter still hadn’t melted!
It wasn’t the server that provided me with bad service, but the cook, who is also the owner! I want that to be clear that the server did his job very well.

I always loved to eat at allo mon coco, usually at riverside. Today I took a friend who came from Toronto to this location… it’s so painfully disappointing and I was embarrassed that I recommended this place to my friend.
We’re Muslim so we asked if we can replace the choice of meat with literally anything… an extra egg, or fresh fruit. Nope not allowed (even though we did it at the riverside branch). But fruit is less expensive to add than choice of meat. Nope, no replacement, just add it. Not an issue, we pay for the fresh fruit and what not. The crepe comes with barely any chocolate on top and the eggs look like they’ve been eaten before getting to us (exaggerating)💀. Not at all worth the money, I’m better off making it at home lol. I was soooo severely disappointed and embarrassed. I won’t be recommending this.
The waitress was quite nice for Quebec, given we are Muslim 😁
the other branch (riverside) also serves coffee n stuff this one doesn’t so if you ever decide to go JUST DON’T GO TO THIS BRANCH!

The atmosphere is good, the food too. But the waitress confuses the customers with her aggressive way of speaking and her lack of respect, very disappointed

Thank you for the Bell sponsorship, for intensive care. ❤️
This is probably my first time coming to this restaurant and the experience we had with my family was terrible. At the point where we had to pay our bills because we had no tips one of your servers precisely the one giving us the bill got so mad to the point where he said go and not come back. Is it that their lives depend on the tips and they are not being paid? He has to work on his attitude and know that he is not in peoples wallet. As he said we will never come back thanks.

There was no wait on a weekday, the service was courteous and fast (even too fast). The meals are plentiful, but served lukewarm. Then, Kraft “Single” cheese is practical, but you have to get it out of the kitchen.

The eggs benedict are good but the sauce has been changed to a commercially produced sauce unlike what it was before. Excellent service from Karine.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The waitress Annie Claude was amazing. Contagious smile, unparalleled speed of execution and so gentle! Thank you very much, I will definitely come back :)
