We were stunned by the pricing on the menu considering the atmosphere of the dining area. At best it was comparable to Jackastors, with the kitchen visible and nothing notably significant with the seating areas. The only “thing” worth a great star was our wait staff. We came during a shift change which saddened us because our waitress to start was amazing. I wish I could recall her name…..but…..the young man who took over was equally as fun and impressive. We ordered the mussels. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re interested in a mild light show as the ice they sat on had battery light under to try and make these tiny mussels worth the mortgage payment price tag attached to them. The mussels were so small I can’t even say they were worthy of a bite prior to swallowing. The main dish, for each of us, was delicious but not at all worthy of the price tag attached to it. To be fair, it was either the pub at the casino or this….i bet the wings and poutine at the pub would have warranted a 5*. Bottom line, from starters to the buffet dessert bar, this wasn’t a Michelin star restaurant, more like a fancy Kelsey’s, so the pricing should have represented that reality. When we saw the prices we were happy to pay thinking the food would have adequately earned the charges.

We were a large group at L’arome Restaurant for Sunday Brunch. The restaurant was beautiful and seating was spacious.Servers, Sacha and Tony were attentive and refilled our coffees and milk promptly. There were lots of choices, including jumbo shrimps and crab legs. The roast beef was fork tender.There was a huge selection of dessert.

I had the fish and fries! The fish was fresh, well fried, not too oily, the fries were awesome! They have a la carte deserts and buffet as well with ample choices! Service was not good. There is room for improvement there.

My first experience was very bad. We had a customer who was completely “in bad shape” and security had to come and pick up the customer who had fallen asleep due to drunkenness. When we ordered the wines, we ordered 3 times and the wines were no longer available. Finally, we asked the waiter to give us the Thursday discount on a bottle of wine, he brought us the bottle without saying a word and he charged us the bottle at full price and arrogantly mentioned that he never said yes and he can't do anything about the price! In short, ignoring this lack of courtesy from the waiter, the service was not up to par with a Hilton.
Disappointing experience and I do not recommend the restaurant.

Great service, very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. Great food. It is expensive, but you get a good amount, and the quality is top notch. I always leave on the verge of a food coma carrying my wife's leftovers. Romantic for 2, or nice for a larger group. Casino and Hotel are accessible without going outside.

Had salmon with wild rice. For that price it should be presented and taste better. The server was very good, the atmosphere was nice. Would I come back, for food no, as part of a group for a special occasion, sure.
As a family, we did the Christmas Day buffet. Sadly, the experience was not worth it. Food was mediocre at best. The so-called prime rib was possibly the wost tasting piece of beef I have ever had in my life. Just because you call it prime rib does not make it so. They definitely overfilled the dining area, squeezing as many people in as possible as it was so full you almost couldn't move. It was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The only nice thing was our server, Massimo. He was excellent. I expected more from this restaurant & the Hilton brand.

Food was very good, otherwise very disappointed as we were a group of 8 for lunch on Dec 13 and had no choice but to take the buffet and could not order from the menu!! Nowhere did I see online or told when making reservations that groups of 8 or more HAD to choose the buffet. Not right!!

When customers are paying $78 for the dinner set menu that can include the prime rib, you'd think they would serve you a fresh slice and not a day old portion. When questioned to our server, he asked us to slice the prime cut down the middle and the server insisted it was okay. Bright pink is not fresh, it's a sign of oxidation, and when it still cold...
