We had lunch today, I ordered the #1 combination plate.
it tasted like the fried rice was cooked in old grease...... terrible aftertaste.
The Aylmer BBQ was once a great place to eat..... but it's gotten terrible and the owners don't seem to care.
Today, Feb6/2025 We.(4) went for a late lunch early supper,
I ordered the Chinese food, the rice, the chow mein was awful, the ribs were at most ok, my husband had a Lasagna, he said the frozen one bought at grocery store are better and the garlic bread was a joke, a hot dog bun with a spot of garlic butter.... I joined my friends for a breakfast and will say it was such a disapointment. I had not set foot in the Aylmet BBQ in over 20 years. First, the coffee was terrible, our waitress "Chantal" lacked social skills, it seemed anytime we would ask her a simple question she was irritated. It took a while to get the menus and we never got glasses of water. The food was awful, tasteless and cold.
