Bâton Rouge Steakhouse & Bar

Le service de Rebecca était impeccable. Elle connaît son menu, elle est souriante et agréable à côtoyer. En revanche, quelle déception versus la nourriture ! Un surf & turf à 75$ l’assiette avec 3 brocolis et 4 poivrons un peu lancé, c’est à la limite insultant. Oui, le bœuf est bon, la queue de homard est bonne.. Mais les à-côtés et la présentation sont gênantes.

C’est pas ce qu’était Baton rouge avant. Service pourri, pas acceuillant, nourriture pas bonne, dessert était pas bon… la crème brûlée à viré en gros motons ça m’a levé le coeur. Le margarita était pas bon. D’ailleurs ont y allait aussi pour le nouveau dessert aux bananes mais il l’ont pas. Très déçu!

Went for dinner for daughter's sweet 16 ' Awesome service by Paul who took great care of us. Negroni was perfect and i am picky! Food really good, wine just right for the meals we ordered. We will absolutely returned with friends :)

You have to park across the street and there are no parking instructions in the garage. I walked to restaurant in the pouring rain only be told to use this QR code which needed my plate number. I did not know my plate number as it's a new car and was told to walk back in the rain or be ticketed. I was told then could not put signs about the QR code parking due to it being a government parking garage. When I left with my friends, the door to enter the parking garage was locked and my friend punched in the code. I asked where they got the code and they said the hostess also told them they needed a code. They did not tell me I needed a code.

Ah but the service also sucked. We were given the smallest glass for pop I have ever seen in a restaurant which was half full of ice. It was about 150 ml of pop. I also ordered a glass of wine. Our entire table got no refills for an hour and my wine, when it came 20 min late was about 4 oz max. I had to eat my meal with nothing to drink and I did not enjoy it. We were give 2 different excuses about why the service was so slow. They comped us $10 off my meal. I tipped $2 and frankly after them not giving me the garage code would like my $2 back. I always tip 20% but only when justified.

The seating in the bar is so uncomfortable it gave me an instant bad back.

It use to be a better quality than that
I’m disappointed!

I just received my delivery order and everything is completely cold. Nobody likes cold food unless that is what ordered. I think most of the problem is probably the recycling containers that they use doesn’t keep any heat in, but besides that, maybe it is the staff all I know is I will never be ordering delivery from them again.

Came by just before dinner time and it was very quiet.

My plate gave me heartburn in the evening and at night so do not recommend for sensitive stomachs.

I don't know what happened to this place it used to be so good, but today the food tasted like there was mold and got sick. I gave the food back and left. At least the waitress was nice so I gave her a tip for her service. Not going back there again. The food was served quick. It TASTED DISGUSTING LIKE IT WAS LEFT OVERS IM STILL FEELING SICK FROM IT!
